November 2011 - Hatton Court launches new business brasserie menu
Hatton Court Hotel at Upton St Leonards near Gloucester have just launched a new ‘Brasserie’ menu aimed specifically at their business guests.
"We felt that our business guests wanted a simpler evening dining option that they could enjoy in a restaurant environment. “ stated General Manager Matthew Ward. “We came up with the idea for a ‘Brasserie’ style menu that is served in the front section of the Tara Restaurant”.
The new ‘Brasserie’ menu contains old favourites such as ‘Bangers ‘n’ Mash’ and ‘Fish ‘n’ Chips as well as salads and fresh fruit for guests wanting a lighter and healthier option.The hotel have created a less formal more relaxed atmosphere in the front section of the restaurant by using wooden tables and a simpler place setting. Full A la Carte dining is still available in the Garden room section of the restaurant.
